Job Description - Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Alltex Personnel

Key Duties:

Oversee machine operations and ensure production targets are met
Troubleshoot equipment and ensure proper setup
Monitor quality standards and submit QA documentation
Train and assign employees based on competency
Maintain safety compliance and report incidents
Communicate with clients, inspectors, and internal teams
Use SAP and Microsoft tools for reporting
Must be available to rotate shifts: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
