Production Supervisor

Our product line includes highly engineered acoustical solutions for interior noise reduction, textile-based and compression-molded flooring products and other interior soft trim products, including package trays, trunk trim and wheel arch liners. Auria operates 17 manufacturing and 10 commercial, engineering and testing and tooling facilities in 11 countries and has nearly 4,000 employees worldwide.

The Supervisor will be responsible for the following:

• Supervision of hourly employees and scheduling of labor
• Ensures safety, quality, housekeeping, and production activities and objectives are being met.
• Ensures that all equipment and material necessary to perform the job effectively and safely are in place.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to quality, production, safety, cost control, and employee relations.
• Any additional reasonable request deemed necessary by management.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree Required

Experience:

• Requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a union environment

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Working knowledge of a unionized workforce desired
• Able to work well in a team environment
• High sense of urgency
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
