Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure production targets are achieved with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and efficiency. This role oversees processes and personnel to maintain continuous 24/7 operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and mentor additive manufacturing technicians, promoting safety and continuous improvement.

· Manage DED-arc additive manufacturing processes, schedules, and resource allocation.

· Organize shift patterns for uninterrupted production and optimal staffing.

· Coordinate with planning teams to ensure timely material and equipment availability.

· Enforce quality standards, implement corrective actions, and drive process optimization.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations through audits and accurate documentation.

· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources.

· Develop and deliver training programs on DED-arc technology; maintain training records.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· 5+ years in additive manufacturing, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.

· Knowledge of DED-arc technology, welding processes, and quality control principles.

· Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage diverse teams.

· Flexibility to support 24/7 operations; commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Preferred Skills

· Certification in additive manufacturing or welding processes.

· Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.

· Familiarity with ASME, ISO, and DNV standards.
