Production Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team to meet output targets in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production goals and deadlines

• Monitor the operation of freeze-drying equipment and ensure proper usage

• Ensure all products meet company quality standards and food safety regulations

• Train, schedule, and manage production staff to maximize productivity

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner

• Track production metrics and prepare basic reports

• Collaborate with quality assurance and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow

• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and compliance standards

• 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role (food industry preferred)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP is a plus)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
