We’re seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead shift operations, ensure production goals are met, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams. Please note we are a 3-shift operation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with production systems
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and personalities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations and oversee shift employees
• Ensure production targets an quality standards are consistently met
• Train, coach, and support new and existing team members
• Monitor safety practices and enforce company policies and procedures
• Coordinate employee schedules, workstation assignments, and rotations
• Communicate production issues and updates with management as needed
