Production Supervisor

Basic Job Functions:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading safety at Nucor Warehouse Systems (NWS) Houston.  The Production Supervisor will lead the NWS Team in providing world-class quality products to all of our customers.  The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for team development achieving performance metrics in any of the production areas of the plant.  The successful candidate will be a key business partner with NWS-Houston leadership team.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year of previous leadership experience and


2. Minimum 3 years of industrial manufacturing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous pallet rack manufacturing experience or


2. Previous production volume welding experience or


3. Previous tube making and roll forming experience or


4. Previous high volume powder coating experience or


5. Previous fabrication experience


6. Fluent in English and Spanish
