Working Production Supervisor full time 40 hours

Pay rate: $20.00 hr/DOE

Job Description: Supervises all personnel within assigned department, also assists in the supervision of personnel within all other departments within the plant.

Responsibilities:

- Should be capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Overseas and monitors training / production, material handling, and quality to ensure it is in compliance with customer requirements takes necessary corrective action on any non- conformance.

- Monitors plant safety and enforces all company rules and regulations

Leadership skills

Good Verbal Communication

Lift up to 50 pounds

Able to stand for extended periods

Supervisory experience

Knowledge of Safety, Quality and ISO requirements
