Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Responsible for the workforce, safety, and 5S+ levels assigned to the area. Ensure that your department meets production demands and that team leaders understand their roles in the upkeep of order fulfillment. Support HR and Leadership team with off-shift engagement activities. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution OR associate's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 2 years manufacturing/operations experience OR High School Diploma/GED from and accredited institution with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing/operations experience. A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Collaborative and team focused. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Requires PPE to include safety glasses, safety-toe shoes, ear protection, cut resistant sleeves, and any other PPE required by the position. Ability to work week and weekend overtime, as needed by the business. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift .
