Production Supervisor \u2013 3rd Shift\n\nPrinceton, NJ\n\nThe Shift Supervisor leads manufacturing operations by setting direction for the shift, driving performance, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of the production plan. Working closely with the Production Manager and Shift Leads, this role aligns resources, manages priorities, and partners with cross\u2011functional teams to resolve operational issues. The Supervisor maintains a strong floor presence, coaching and developing team members while proactively addressing risks that could impact safety, quality, or delivery. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant\u2019s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location.
