Production Supervisor - C Shift (Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm)

What You’ll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you will:

• Lead, coach, and train employees and service recipients in production areas


• Provide orientation and ongoing skill development


• Evaluate employee performance and support professional growth


• Manage scheduling, attendance, and PTO approvals to meet production needs


• Promote cross-training and continuous learning


• Foster a safe, organized, and compliant work environment


• Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, USDA, and SQF standards


• Communicate production data including inventory, scheduling, workforce needs, and shift reports


• Support customer communication regarding production, quality, inventory, and shipping


• Oversee equipment changeovers, sanitation, and pre/post operational checks


• Conduct root cause analysis (5-Why) and support Lean/5S initiatives


• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvement solutions


• Train and lead team members using Redzone and other continuous improvement tools

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED


• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field


• Must be at least 18 years of age


• Ability to pass required background checks, drug screening, and health clearances

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods


• Lift and carry up to 15 pounds regularly (occasionally up to 60 pounds)


• Bend, squat, twist, and work at heights when required


• Visual acuity for quality inspection and color code differentiation


• Basic math skills including weights, percentages, and number sequences
