Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demands while maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste. Monitor production processes, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from quality standards promptly.

Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics, to coordinate workflow and address any production-related issues.

Enforce compliance with food safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain a clean and sanitary production environment.

Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels, production yields, and equipment maintenance logs.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings initiatives, implementing changes as needed to optimize production efficiency and resource utilization.

Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and serviced, coordinating with the maintenance team to address any repairs or maintenance needs.
