Job requirements:  

• Managing daily improvements through teaching of lean tools  
• Focus on developing and maintaining processes for improved and sustained results.  
• Create Cultural foundation of 5S, Standard Work  
• Promote and participate in HHT Kaizen and Business Process Improvement program to foster an environment of collaboration and engagement.  
• Build/Develop talent in manufacturing to support rings of defense and promotions from within  
• Teach and Demonstrate use of Problem-Solving tools to drive Root Cause corrective action and limit variation in processes. Target quality improvements, downtime reduction, line balancing and ergonomic improvement.  
• Use good communication skills, both verbal and written  
• Maintain discipline to layered auditing to maintain process improvements and process discipline.
