Production Supervisor (MCC Assembly) 2nd Shift

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD is currently seeking a Production Supervisor (MCC Assembly) 2nd Shift at our location in Fayetteville NC. The position hours are 3:30pm to 12:00am Monday through Friday. We are able to offer relocation assistance for qualified applicants within the United States.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing employees in the assembly of Motor Control Center products for Eaton customers.  The primary objectives will be to achieve results on the High 5 metrics (safety, quality, on-time-delivery, inventory, productivity), drive employee engagement, and develop the team to continuously improve.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $77249.97 - $117700.04 a year. Relocation assistance provided to eligible candidates.
