Production Support Technician

Job Summary: 

As an ERC Production Support Technician, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient support of our Production Team activities.  You will report directly to the Residential Production Manager for your daily schedule.  As a member of our ERC Team, you will be expected to exhibit dedicated excellence in your role and toward other team members.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the Residential Production Manager with duties as assigned.


• Transport materials and equipment to job sites in the most efficient and safe manner possible.


• Assist in making sure job sites are kept in a clean and orderly condition.


• Assist in the proper maintenance and care of all ERC equipment deployed.


• Upload and denote all job related activities in our operations software.  Ex: Photos of deliveries made and notes.


• Communicate, coordinate, and cooperate with other members of the ERC Team to facilitate all necessary job functions and deliver an exceptional experience to client.


• Contribute to the improvement and development of best practices by offering ideas to improve operational effectiveness in your role.


• Participate in any activity deemed necessary to support the company mission.

Qualifications

• Good Driving Record with the ability to pull and back up trailers - CDL is a plus


• Good Organizational skills


• Communicating with others to exchange information


• Mechanically inclined


• Safety Minded


• Demonstrates and upholds Energy Roofing Mission, Vision, and Core Values


• The ability to work independently
  
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move objects up to 100 pounds


• Driving 85 percent / 15 percent physical


• Bending, lifting, squatting and bending knees


• Sitting for periods of time


• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another


• Working in all outdoor elements and weather conditions  

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
  


• Weekend as needed
