Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Production Support employee to join our Tulsa team. The Production Support role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a wide range of machines and tools. This position allows the Production Support team member to play a critical role in ensuring product accuracy, quality, and timely completion.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment including hydrotest, saw, deburr, under file, polish machine, blasting tools, grinders, drill sharpener, impact gun, overhead crane, and forklift
• Work with black oxide and acid solution to meet precise tolerances for Tulsa product parts
• Plan work from shop orders and follow detailed blueprints and instructions
• Make routine setups and adjustments to equipment for high-quality output
• Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment and record data
• Perform minor maintenance and daily servicing of machines (cleaning, oiling)
• Use hand tools and instruments required for assigned duties
• Assist other employees when needed and follow ISO 9000 requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with SDS and JHA safety standards
• Relocate materials to designated staging areas during production
• Produce quality parts on time while following facility safety rules
• Ensure personal tools meet RPI calibration requirements

Required Experience & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to use higher mathematics for posting, preparation, and data checking
• Must be able to read and write English
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
