Production Support Lead (Req-0389)

IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Production Support Lead to join our customer in Webster, MA. This is an ONSITE position. Technical knowledge of IT, software development/defect resolution process/PLSQL knowledge is a plus
- Committed to meet the deadline and retain regular communication with onsite and offshore team.
- Ability to coordinate with Onsite and Offshore teams
- Must have worked in a Production Support environment.  Available on call.
- Must strive for quality and attention to detail
- Property & Casualty insurance experience is a huge plus
- Spanish is required
