Production Support Specialist

Tailor Made Compounding is looking for Production Support Specialist to help keep our operations moving efficiently and accurately. This role plays a key part in supporting the production line by building shipping kits, packing orders, and ensuring materials are ready and staged for fulfillment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and prepare shipping kits to support daily production needs


• Pack and stage orders accurately for shipment


• Support the production line by ensuring materials are available and organized


• Follow established processes to maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency


• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with company standards


• Work closely with Production, Shipping, and Operations teams to meet daily volume goals

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment


• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to help where needed


• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures


• Previous warehouse, packing, or production support experience is a plus (not required)
