our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Production Team Leader to work in Thika, Kenya

Job Summary

The Production Team Leader is responsible for leading
cross -functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, eliminate waste,
and improve efficiency. This role focuses on analyzing and improving the flow
of materials and information throughout the production process to enhance
productivity, product quality, and overall customer satisfaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Troubleshooting:
Resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and quality problems in a
timely manner

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

·         Diploma or degree in Food Science, or a
related field.

·         3 Years minimum experience
in manufacturing Industries

·         At least 3 years of experience in a
Beverage production environment is an added advantage.

·         Strong knowledge of beverage production
processes and equipment.

·         Familiarity with food safety and quality
control systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).

·         Excellent leadership and communication
skills.

·         Ability to work in a fast -paced
environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
