Position Production Team Member Department Production Work Location: Union, Millburn, Kenilworth, Rahway Classification Non-Exempt Reports to Production Manager Job type Full-time (on-site) Essential Functions and Responsibilities The production worker position performs all tasks involved in the production of the company's products. This includes spices, herbs, aromatics and packing. Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes. Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages. Track production on schedule boards. Occasionally loading and unloading shipping containers. Place finished goods on the designated pallet. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Perform other assigned tasks withing department(s) as needed. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED desired but no required. Entry-level, can start with no prior experience, especially if they have experience Physical Demand The position involves walking and lifting up to 50 pounds of raw material.
