Job Description - Production Team Member - Lumber Stacker

What Youâll Do

â¢ Stack completed trusses safely and accurately for staging and shipment

â¢ Organize finished products to maintain efficient workflow

â¢ Assist with loading and moving materials across the yard

â¢ Communicate with team members to support production flow

â¢ Follow all safety procedures and proper lifting techniques

â¢ Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

â¢ Support additional production tasks as needed

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

â¢ Forklift experience, especially with lumber or building materials

â¢ Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or production environment

â¢ Basic understanding of measurements and material handling

Physical Requirements

â¢ Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly

â¢ Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting

â¢ Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in all seasons

â¢ Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
