Description

· Clean work areas, to include but not restricted to Furnace areas, Ingot line, warehouse, grounds and plant truck dock areas.

· Assist the furnace operator, including filling in as needed or directed.

· Assist in the proper procedures for dumping, weighing and marking sows.

· Assist in the proper procedures for skimming sows.

· Assist in the proper procedures for dumping furnace skim.

· Assist in the proper procedures for loading and unloading trailers.

· Assist in the proper procedures for stacking ingot when it is poured.

· Follow all requirements set forth on the 5S sheets.

· Follow all safety and sanitation regulations per company policies.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements

· Ability to work well with other employees.

· Some mechanical aptitude, equipment familiarization and general math is helpful.

· Flexibility to work different jobs and shift as need, Overtime as required.

· Occasional moderate heavy lifting is required.

· At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.

· High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
