Job Title: Production Technician
Location: Snyder, TX (Assignment in Salt Creek)
Schedule: 10 days on / 4 days off (10/4: 8-hour days)
Oil and gas industry 

Responsibilities:
•Monitor, operate, and maintain production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
•Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on well-site facilities.
•Collect and analyze production data to optimize performance.
•Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental policies.
•Work collaboratively with field personnel to maintain production targets.

Qualifications:
•Previous experience in oil and gas production operations preferred.
•Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
•Ability to work in a field environment, including exposure to various weather conditions.
•Must have a valid driver’s license and a strong commitment to safety.
