Production Technician

Merit3D is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our growing 3D printing operations team. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality production and timely delivery of printed parts. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-evolving manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove printed parts from 3D printers safely and efficiently


• Transport parts to washing and curing stations


• Operate washing and curing equipment according to process requirements


• Dry and handle parts with care to maintain quality standards
  


• Perform quality control (QC) checks to ensure parts meet specifications


• Prepare finished parts for packaging and shipping


• Maintain a clean and organized work area


• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


• Ability to follow instructions and standardized processes


• Willingness to learn and adapt to different 3D printing technologies and workflows


• Good organizational and time management skills


• Ability to work on your feet and handle repetitive tasks


• Team-oriented with a positive attitude


• Ability to speak and understand English preferred

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or 3D printing


• Familiarity with post-processing techniques or quality inspection
