  • Reconcile production volumes across field reports, purchaser data, and revenue records to ensure accuracy.
  • Investigate discrepancies and collaborate with field operators and accounting teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain and update production databases, ensuring accurate and timely entry of daily and monthly volumes.
  • Assist in preparing production allocation summaries and well-level reporting for internal review.
  • Generate analytical reports to identify trends, downtime, and operational variances.
  • Support month-end close processes by providing reconciled production data to revenue and accounting teams.
  • Ensure data integrity between production reporting systems and accounting platforms.
  • Participate in internal audits and provide supporting documentation as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data validation, reconciliation, and reporting efficiency.
  • Collaborate across departments on special projects and provide operational support as needed.

Your Background:
  • High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
  • 2-4years of experience in oil and gas production data management or production accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production data management systems.
  • Working knowledge of production reporting, allocation processes, and measurement data.
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and month-end close tasks.
  • Experience with P2 or IFS applications (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Spotfire or SQL databases (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Commitment to data integrity, record accuracy, and process improvement.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to see, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity; kneel, sit, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar, repetitive tasks requiring physical activity.
  • Able to operate standard office/computer equipment.
