Position Summary:
As a Production Technician specializing in EMI Filters, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will work closely with our production supervisor on various tasks, including assembly, testing, failure analysis, and troubleshooting of EMI filters.
What You'll Do
- Technical Proficiency: Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions to understand and work with electronic circuitry.
- Troubleshooting Expertise: Diagnose and rectify malfunctions in circuitry and system structures, contributing to seamless operations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineers and fellow professionals on technical tasks, fostering a team-oriented work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and meticulously document actions by completing quality forms, ensuring that our products meet stringent quality standards.
- Preparation: Prepare work tasks by studying parts lists, gathering necessary parts, assemblies, tools, and materials.
- Soldering Skills: Position parts and assemblies on PCBs, utilizing templates, reading measurements, and demonstrating proficiency with a soldering iron.
- Testing and Verification: Verify specifications by testing completed components, ensuring they meet required standards.
- Problem Solving: Resolve assembly issues by making dimensional adjustments as needed and promptly notifying supervisors for additional support.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a high school diploma/GED is required.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience troubleshooting and testing electronic components, preferably in RF Tuning
The budgeted salary range for this role is $20 - $25/hour
