Production Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Trainer to develop and implement effective training programs tailored to employees’ individual learning styles and job roles. This position plays a key role in ensuring employee success, product quality, and overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of production processes, and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage training programs based on employee needs and preferred learning styles.


• Participate in daily production meetings to review job process requirements and align training priorities accordingly.


• Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding.


• Provide clear, respectful, and hands-on training in both individual and group settings.


• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.


• Monitor and support daily production needs, including conducting duct testing as required.


• Identify, track, and help resolve repetitive issues affecting product quality or employee performance.


• Support quality assurance initiatives by identifying defects, addressing concerns, and ensuring standards are met.


• Communicate positively and professionally with all team members and departments.


• Manage time effectively to meet training deadlines and production goals.


• Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Requirements (*Internal Candidates*)

• Must be an employee in good standing, preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the department applying for.


• No more than 4 attendance points for the current calendar year.


• No active write-ups related to conduct, quality, safety, or performance.


• Demonstrated good communication skills and strong attention to detail.


• Solid understanding of processes and the ability to support production needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Ability to identify quality issues and take appropriate corrective action.


• Experience in training or mentoring roles (preferred).


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles.


• Knowledge of safety protocols and production processes.


• Team player with a proactive, respectful approach to collaboration
