Production Work - Machine Operator

We are paying $18+/h for a full-time Machine Operator to assist in the manufacturing of art, home decor and gifts/souvenirs.  There is the potential to earn more after 90 days of successfully performing in the position and opportunity to grow over time through employee profit-sharing. Employee benefits include: medical coverage, 401K, paid time off and employee discount (25% across all three brands). Responsibilities:

- Complete orders according to deadlines

- Work in a fast-paced environment

- Produce work orders to specs with quality and attention to detail

- Operate a high-tech laser engraver machine, use various hand tools

- Work in a team environment

Requirements:

- High School graduate or equivalent

- Reliability

- Ability to stand on feet for 8h a day

- Ability to lift 50lbs or more, preferred

- Comfortability and ability to operate machines and work with pneumatic tools

- Computer skills, preferred

- Basic mathematical knowledge, experience/ability to read a tape measure

- Attention to detail

- Willingness to learn & grow, positive attitude

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule: M-F

- 2pm-10pm (afternoon shift)
