Production Worker – 12-Hour Shifts

Job Summary

Revere Staffing Partners is hiring four Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in Turners Falls. Two openings are available on 1st shift and two on 3rd shift.

Schedule

• 1st shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• 3rd shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Rotating 2-2-3 schedule
• Employees are assigned to a team and remain on that schedule

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators
• Package finished products
• Pick and move materials
• Perform general production and warehouse work
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Steel-toe boots
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
