Production Worker

Our dairy cooperative is seeking Production Workers at our Chateaugay, NY cheese manufacturing plant. 

Selected individuals must be available to work 2nd and 3rd shift hours as needed to include working on weekends and on scheduled holidays.  

Qualifications include:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred. 


• Aptitude to learn to operate cheese manufacturing equipment in an efficient and safe manner.


• Reliable and strong worth ethic.


• Strong safety record and awareness.


• Ambition to learn and mentor others working both independently and as a strong team member.

Starting base pay is $25.60 per hour with an additional 7% shift differential when working on shifts beginning between 1pm and 4am.

This position also offers eligibility for rate increases every 3 months during the first year of employment.  Team members enjoy access to a comprehensive benefits package, competitive salary and retirement plan.
