Production Worker

This entry-level position performs hands-on tasks supporting manufacturing, packaging, processing, assembly, and other production operations in a team-oriented environment.

Primary responsibilities

· Complete assigned production steps accurately and efficiently

· Handle materials and finished products safely

· Follow work instructions and complete required quality checks

· Maintain clean, organized, and orderly production areas

A strong candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures. Clear communication and teamwork are important. Prior production experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for motivated entry-level candidates.
