•  Able to run all presses efficiently, while meeting all quality standards.             
•  Always follows safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace for themselves and others.

• Is a team player that loves to see others succeed.                
• Passionate about teaching and coaching others.                 
• Strives to make a great product for our customers.     
• Points - Could be removed from trainer position if 5 points is reached

Requirements

• Competent in all areas of applicable production protocol and processes
• No second write-up in any area
• Able to run all presses efficiently, while meeting all quality standards.
• Always follows safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace for themselves and others.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Perform other diversified tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management
• Be able to work a 12-hour schedule; 2-2-3 (7pm - 7am)
• Attend monthly trainer meetings
