A UniFirst Production Team Partner (Mat Roller & Order Builder) manages the, rolling, bundling, and sorting of cleaned floor mats and flat goods for customer orders. This role involves inspecting products for quality (tears/stains), loading, and staging orders while adhering to safety and, HACCP guidelines. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Mat Rolling: Operate mat rolling machinery and ensure mats are properly bundled and prepared for delivery.
• Order Building: Select appropriate mat styles, sizes, and colors to fulfill customer orders.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for damage, stains, or excessive moisture.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety policies, including, OSHA and HACCP guidelines.
• Efficiency: Maintain a clean, organized work area and meet production quotas. 

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate machinery (16+ for, load building areas).
• Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts and lift 15-30 lbs.
• Basic, math and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
