About the Role

As an associate, you will:

• Handle complex litigation cases, including class actions, product liability, mass tort, and toxic tort matters.

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials.

• Collaborate with colleagues and experts to develop effective case strategies while maintaining a commitment to client service.

• Participate in pro bono work and contribute to the firm's community-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience (class of 2019–2021), with a focus on class actions, product liability, mass tort, or toxic tort litigation.

• A strong academic record and demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service.

• Active membership in the California Bar (required).
