Tasks

• Lead thoughtful, high‑value conversations with professionals exploring career direction, leadership development or transition
• Support individuals navigating promotions, leadership challenges or professional growth goals
• Provide insight, clarity and direction through structured coaching consultations
• Apply your leadership, HR, consulting or talent experience to guide clients effectively
• Use modern digital tools (including AI‑supported platforms) to enhance efficiency and streamline your workflow
• Maintain professional communication, follow‑up and relationship management
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training
• Manage your own schedule, workflow and daily activities

Requirements
