Professional Fundraising Associate Entry Level

We are seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Professional Fundraising Associates. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in fundraising, nonprofit marketing, event coordination, and community outreach.

You will work directly with nonprofit organizations to support on-site fundraising campaigns and promotional events that raise awareness and generate donations for 501(c)(3) charitable partners.

No prior experience is required—paid training and mentorship are provided.

What We Do

We specialize in community-based fundraising and promotional marketing campaigns for nonprofit organizations. Our events take place at venues such as community events, festivals, street fairs, and retail activations, where we engage directly with the public to increase donations and awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of fundraising events
• Engage with donors, sponsors, and event attendees to promote nonprofit campaigns
• Represent nonprofit clients at community outreach and fundraising events
• Promote fundraising initiatives to increase participation and donation levels
• Track and report on campaign performance, donations, and engagement metrics
• Participate in structured training in sales, marketing, public speaking, and event coordination
• Support team efforts to meet fundraising and outreach goals

Qualifications
