Both Full Time and Part Time positions are available.
Semi retired craftsman are welcome.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Completing various small home repair and improvement jobs, such as doors, drywall patching, painting, flooring installs, tile, faucets, toilets, lights, fans, hanging TV and decors, seasonal maintenance, small deck and siding repairs, etc.
- Consistently provide top quality work and services on every job
- Follow company processes and policies
- Work with management and office team to achieve team and company goals
- Representing House Doctors in the local community
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of field experience
- Multi-skilled, carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, painting, drywall, flooring, tile, siding, deck/fence, etc
- Familiar with various types and ages of homes, not just new construction
- Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
- Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
- Ability to follow company processes and policies
- A strong work ethic and highly dependable
- Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
- Driver's license is required
