POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is for highly organized, customer-centric individuals with a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous handyman or technician experience is a must. This is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-developing company.

This role is perfect for experienced handymen or skilled laborers who want to work in a professional, customer-focused home improvement company. Your day-to-day tasks will vary and may include:

✔ Performing a variety of home repairs & maintenance projects – carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, minor electrical/plumbing, and more
✔ Providing excellent customer service – communicating effectively with clients and ensuring their satisfaction
✔ Managing materials & job site organization – keeping projects running smoothly
✔ Representing House Doctors of Buxmont – professionally representing the company in the local community and networking with potential customers as needed

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or construction experience

Must have own tools and a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites

Proficiency with basic hand and power tools

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Friendly and professional attitude with a commitment to customer service

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs., bend, climb, and work on your feet

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Types: General Maintenance Technician, General Laborer, Technician, Carpenter, Tradesman, Craftsman, Window Washer, Painter, Plumber, Roofer, Masonry, General Contractor, Home Improvement, Maintenance, Electrical etc.

Compensation: $ 22.00 – $24.00 per hour
