Job Description - Professional House Cleaning Manager

Two Maids of Richardson, Highland Park, and Dallas TX is seeking an ambitious, energetic, and organized Manager with Residential Cleaning Experience. This hands-on leader will oversee daily operations, drive sales, support customer relationships, and step in to clean homes when necessary.

Monday – Friday - NO nights, weekends, or holidays!

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business function

Handle customer service calls, sales inquiries, and inbound leads

Use Salesforce/CRM to manage customer interactions and track orders

Provide in-home estimates and follow up with leads (via phone, text, email)

Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism

Team Management & Support

Manage hiring and onboarding of cleaning staff

Train, support, and motivate team members

Track team performance and report key metrics

Prepare cleaning supplies and step in for absent cleaners when needed

Sales & Marketing

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Execute outbound sales and local marketing strategies

Represent the company at local events to promote services

Maintain a neat, welcoming office reception area

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing)

High school diploma or GED

Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check

Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle (some travel to client homes required)

Prior residential cleaning experience required

Strong communication and organizational skills
