Professional Land Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Build/maintain client relationship while ensuring client satisfaction throughout survey process
  


• Lead/supervise survey crew staff and drafting technicians
  


• Manage projects efficiently from start to finish ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget
  


• Mentor/train junior staff
  


• Prepare project estimates and job proposals
  


• Manage financial performance of assigned projects to ensure profitability
  

Requirements:

• Licensed Land Surveyor
  


• 8+ years of experience performing surveys and managing land surveys (property and right-of-way determinations, boundary, ALTA, platting, land divisions, and topographic surveys)
  


• Proficient in AutoCAD and Trimble business center
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
