Professional Land Surveyor

• Compute land survey boundaries
  


• Prepare staking files for construction layout
  


• Prepare various types of survey plats, right of way and easement research
  


• Obtain necessary research for survey projects
  


• Prepare land (legal) descriptions and maps
  


• Review/certify completed survey work
  


• Lead/direct field survey crews including on-site management as needed
  


• Prepare budgets/proposals
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience
  


• Illinois Professional Land Survey License (PLS)
  


• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Total Station and GPS
