Experience you will need:

  J.D. from an accredited law school.

  Licensed attorney in good standing in California.

  Experience interpreting insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions, and litigating coverage matters is preferred.

  Experience in conflict resolution and complex problem scenarios.

What you will be doing:

  Analyze complex insurance contracts and policy forms.

  
  


• 
  

  Apply policy contract terms to a variety of claim scenarios.

  
  


• 
  

  Stay current on legislative trends and court decisions and provide timely updates, insights, and recommendations.

  
  


• 
  

  Produce comprehensive written opinions, including strategic recommendations, to business leaders.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with claims management to provide expert legal advice on risk exposure, policy interpretation, litigation strategy, and claims handling protocols.

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver high-quality work product within defined service level agreements with clients.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform other duties as assigned.
