Position Overview:
We're hiring Professional Movers/Drivers to join our relocation and estate services team. If you’re reliable, physically strong, and enjoy helping others—this is an opportunity to make a real difference while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

🚚 Truck Operations

• Safely drive one of our 26' box trucks

• Perform vehicle inspections before and after moves

📦 Packing & Prep

• Expertly pack, wrap, label, and organize household items

• Use appropriate materials to protect fragile and valuable pieces

🛋️ Furniture Handling

• Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed

• Wrap and secure all items using best practices

🔄 Loading & Unloading

• Strategically load and unload trucks for efficiency and safety

• Use proper lifting techniques and teamwork to protect yourself and items

💬 Customer Service

• Communicate with empathy, especially with seniors and their families

• Provide calm, clear guidance during emotional transitions

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of professional driving or moving experience

• Valid Florida driver’s license + clean driving record

• Able to lift 50+ lbs solo and 200 lbs with team assistance

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Basic tech skills for communication and documentation

• Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented

• Must reside within 25 miles of Cape Coral or Fort Myers

Working Conditions:

• Physical work: lifting, carrying, bending, climbing stairs, and prolonged standing

• Indoor/outdoor environments, including homes and senior living communities

• Occasional evenings and weekends may be required
