Professional Nanny for 2 Children on Upper East Side, NYC - Exciting Challenge

Location: Upper East Side, New York City

Modern Minders is seeking an exceptional nanny to join a lovely family residing in the Upper East Side of New York City. The family consists of a vibrant four-year-old and a delightful five-month-old. While a baby nurse is currently assisting with the infant, we are now looking for a dedicated professional nanny to provide exceptional care and support as the primary caregiver for both children. This is an incredible opportunity to become an integral part of a warm and welcoming family environment. This position is live out and live in for traveling and Hamptons stays in the summer.

Responsibilities:
- Provide nurturing and attentive care for both the four-year-old and the infant.
- Collaborate with the parents to contribute to the developmental milestones of each child.
- Utilize early childhood education background to create engaging and enriching activities both indoors and outdoors.
- Demonstrate creativity and proactivity in planning age-appropriate activities and outings.
- Maintain excellent organization and be one step ahead in scheduling and planning.
- Prepare meals for the children.
- Drive children to activities and appointments as needed, only in the Hamptons.
- Flexibility to travel internationally and domestically with the family.
- Live-in availability during the summer months in the Hamptons, Monday through Friday.

Requirements:
- Early childhood education background preferred.
- Smart, proactive, and quick learner.
- Ability to engage and interact with children in a loving and stimulating manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver's license and comfortable driving in the Hamptons (do not need to drive in city).
- Willingness to travel and live-in during the summer months.

Compensation and Schedule:
- Hourly rate: $30 to $40 per hour, depending on experience.
- Overtime pay after 40 hours in a week.
- Benefits: Paid holidays, vacation, healthcare stipend, MetroCard, sick days.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:15 AM to 6:15 PM.
- Immediate hiring.
