360° Painting of Centerville is a locally owned and operated painting company dedicated to providing top-quality residential and commercial painting services. We take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and a hassle-free painting experience for our clients. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for skilled and motivated painters to join our team!

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and dependable painters to work on residential and commercial painting projects. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality results while maintaining a clean and professional work environment. As a painter with 360° Painting, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional workmanship. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team, following project timelines and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in residential or commercial painting

Knowledge of various painting techniques, tools, and materials

Ability to prep surfaces, including sanding, priming, and caulking

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Reliable transportation to job sites within the Dayton area

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding as needed

Good communication and teamwork skills

Must be punctual, professional, and customer-service oriented
