Job Description - Professional Painter

At Fresh Coat Painters of McAllen, a proud veteran-owned company, our painters are craftsmen who take pride in delivering quality work. We build trust with our clients through strong values, professionalism, and an outstanding customer experience.

Painter Job Description

Painters will properly prepare the surrounding area with the appropriate protective coverings, prepare the surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections, applying the correct paint material coverage on a clean surface, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, complete the project within the allotted productivity time, resulting in a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards.

Painters must demonstrate the following:

Be Reliable and Dependable
Accept Accountability Be Customer Centric Be Organized
Have the Proper Tools to Perform and Complete the Project Work as a Team
Take Direction
Follow the work order
Be able to meet a deadline
Follow all Health and Safety Protocols

All Fresh Coat Painters are to complete a background check
