Professional Services Manager
(Client-Facing or Implementation-Focused)
Our client is a fast-growing global B2B SaaS company providing a cloud-based platform used by organizations worldwide to manage and optimize their workforce operations.
Role Overview
We are looking for tech-savvy and motivated Professional Services Managers to support customers during onboarding and implementation of a SaaS platform. The role focuses on configuring the system based on customer workflows, supporting integrations, and ensuring a smooth and successful rollout. Depending on the focus area, the position may involve direct customer interaction or hands-on system configuration and execution.
This role operates on U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement platform features based on customer requirements
- Translate business workflows into effective system setups
- Support onboarding and adoption processes
- Perform data migration and assist with integrations where applicable
- Document configurations, processes, and implementation steps
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 1 year of experience working in a SaaS environment
- Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Structured problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Customer Onboarding
- Client-facing experience in a B2B environment
- Experience with integrations or data migration
