About the role The company is seeking a Professional Services Engineer with relevant experience to join the U.S. operations team. The position will report to the Director of Programs and Delivery. It represents an exceptional opportunity for a result-driven individual in a new niche but exploding market. This role is primarily focused on leading training courses, supporting business opportunities, and resolving customer issues. Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations Delivers formal training in classroom and austere environments to customers and partners Identifies training and development needs, including mandated training related to certification and training programs Provide customer support through phone, email, or in person communication and thoroughly track interactions through internal support systems Complete customer system installations onsite at customer locations to include physical installation, software configuration, and validation testing Troubleshoot technical issues with customers to include, but not limited to, radio frequency, IP issues, and mechanical issues Support business development in customer demonstrations and exercises Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical and technical issues in the field This role requires up to 50% travel Qualifications, Experience and Skills Preferred BS degree in relevant technical discipline or 3 years of relevant practical experience Comfortable learning, operating, and networking proprietary systems and software Preferred experience with networked devices, telecommunications, radio frequency, electronic warfare or machine learning/ artificial intelligence systems Excellent customer facing soft skills and ability to deliver in high-pressure, technical environments Previous experience working in the Defense industry or law enforcement is highly favorable Experience with electrical and structural integrations Be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
