This role is responsible for performing administrative, customer service, program coordination and processing responsibilities in support of the Talent Acquisition function. The position responds to employee questions, vendor inquiries and outreach from members of the management team. The role coordinates talent acquisition activities/ events, reference checking processes, offer generation, pre-employment screening and onboarding processes. This role manages the entry and tracking of employee data, develops & generates related reporting; processes employee onboarding and transfer-related transactions, and serves as administrator for several HRIS and onboarding related platforms. Additionally, the role will support projects and assist the team across the human resource function in the areas of benefits, immigration and employee development as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or High School diploma and equivalent experience) plus prior experience in Human Resources.
- Experience working in high volume, fast paced, change oriented environment.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities; high customer service orientation. High degree of professionalism.
- Collaborative style; ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships both internal and external to the organization.
- Solid analytical capability; ability to exercise sound judgment; strong decision making skills.
- Ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy, strong attention to detail; strong quality orientation.
- Strong organization skills; ability to effectively prioritize, ability to effectively perform multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Ability to take direction from multiple individuals and flex to the work styles of others.
- Ability to associate and interact with all levels of the organization; strong interpersonal skills; tact & diplomacy.
- Strong business acumen and fiscal aptitude.
- Strong technical aptitude. Advanced knowledge and skills with MS office to include: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
- Ability to work extra hours as needed.
