Responsibilities:
Transaction Manager works on lease transactions while fostering client relationships and business growth. They are a key member of a team dedicated to applying market knowledge and negotiations skills to effect the strategy.
Independently manages and executes mid-large size transactions with high level of proficiency and knowledge, while fostering client relationships.
Delivers measurable value by negotiating favorable economic and flexible lease terms for the client and/or disposing of underutilized assets.
Excellent negotiating, analytical, communication, collaboration,

organizational/planning

and process skills required.
Obtain market data, review market reports, retain real estate broker partners nationally, oversee site selection and site evaluation, create requests for proposals (RFP’s), conduct tours with brokerate, negotiate letters of intent, leases, purchase and sale agreements, and prepare business cases
Develop, implement, streamline and improve client and JLL processes underlying flawless transaction execution
Review Transaction related documents with legal and risk as part of due diligence process
Partner with other JLL offices to monitor progress of transactions and projects
Estimated compensation for this position is:
95,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
