Job Description - Program Analyst

Description

Location: NAS Patuxent River, MD

Security Clearance Requirement: Secret

As the Program Analyst, you will support E-2D aircraft Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) Technical Data development within NAVAIR's PMA-231. This position will be based at NAS Patuxent River, MD.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support for the Technical Data Logistics Element Manager (LEM), quality assurance analysis, quality assurance review and management relating to the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye aircraft and support equipment.
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on all S1000D Issue 3.01 and 4.1 IETM Data Modules to assure functionality, conversion and technical accuracy.
  • Be the NATEC QA Certified during the course of the project as soon as scheduled VAL/VER events occur.
  • Participating in Combined Validation Verification events and IPRs.
  • This position requires the ability to travel and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends, depending on aircraft availability.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience supporting the E-2D aircraft platform , required.
  • At least 4 years of Quality Assurance experience with familiarity with General Series Technical Manuals and their use, required.
  • Demonstrated experience with Naval Aviation Maintenance Combined Validation and Verification (CVV) Processes, required.
  • Excellent ability to interpret, research, and use engineering technical data effectively, required.
  • Associate's degree, or some formal, secondary education, desired.

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary Range:

  • The estimated salary range for this position will be $100,000 - $112,000 annually, based on an individual's level of experience and skill set. It is our goal at ASEC to provide equitable compensation to all employees.
